Returns Policy

Moo Designs accepts returns within 7 days of you receiving your goods.

Goods must be in their original saleable condition with all labels attached. All goods must be returned via first class post, please state the reason for returning your goods. Moo will only refund the cost of the goods.

Goods that have undergone alterations will not be refunded.

If in the unlikely event your product is faulty, Moo will be more than happy to replace your product within 5-10 working days.
